Configuring Metamask
1) Add custom RPC provider into metamask

Click the network selection drop down at the top of the MetaMask extension and select "Custom RPC".
2) Fill all the fields for the custom RPC provider

Fill in all the fields like below:
- Network Name: GoChain
- New RPC URL: https://rpc.gochain.io
- Symbol: GO
- Block Explorer URL: https://explorer.gochain.io
Leave the rest blank.
3) Send some GO to your MetaMask account (or import a Private key that has some GO)

This is the same as adding ETH to your MetaMask wallet, but send GO instead. You can purchase GO in many place, check here for a list.
4) Refresh GoFS web page

5) Allow GoFS to use Metamask

6) Click on Extend button on the status page

7) Approve the transaction (you will see the popup after clicking on a button)

You might see a zero value, but this is because the cost is so small and MetaMask doesn't show that many decimals. Just press Confirm anyways and it should work.
